Advices For New Muslims

I don't own these words or sentences but I think this one is very good and I like it so much. I hope you can read it and like it as much as I do. I don't know too very well about how to live life as new Muslim but I think I can help and give my best. :D

Sometimes, there are times you asked:
-How do I keep my faith in Allah?
-How do I tell my parents and make them understand?
-Where can I get the best answers about all things that I've been wondering about?
-Will it be easier to be born in the Muslim family?
-How should I treat my parents according to Islam?

These are some answers I got online and I would like to share with all of you.
Hope it does help!! :D

Don't indulge yourself in long debates and discussions about Islam ( or even any subject ) unless you have knowledge of that subject...

Specially don't indulge yourself in long debates with your parents....

Quran teaches....Your job is just to convey the message....Whether or not some one believe in it or not...that depends on on will of Allah....

Arguments and counter arguments....in most cases...activate inner false ego...and everyone tries to satisfy his or her inner ego. At that time he or she will not listen or understand whatever you want to say...

So... always try to say small easy to understand sentences to convey your point...stick to basic believes (because they are common in all Holy books (in original language and forms)......and avoid long discussions....

The difficult the situation you have been through...maintaining your true believes...the better reward you will get.....even better than those who were born in muslim family and spend all their life in praying and doing righteous deeds...

None of your effort will go unrewarded.....But don't ever again indulge yourself in heated arguments specially with parents....( It is the teachings of Islam, that even if your parent are Kafir or non-believers..you have to obey them and treat them with respect and honour and love unless they order you about something which goes against Islam. Even then you only have to refuse to obey...but you must have to respect and honour them even in that situation..)
